This is the serious end of the Taste Lab range. Our super hot sauces are made in New Zealand with NZ-grown chillies and built to bring proper heat without forgetting the flavour.

Reaper Madness puts the Carolina Reaper front and centre, while Ridiculously Hot goes even further with Carolina Reapers and Trinidad Scorpions. Both sit at 10/10 on our heat scale, with big flavour up front and the kind of heat that hangs around.
