Our Jalapeño & Kiwi Fruit Hot Sauce is a flavour-first, fermented chilli sauce made in New Zealand. NZ-grown kiwifruit brings sharp, fruity acidity, while jalapeño adds a clean, fresh heat. After time in the fermenter, these two bold ingredients settle their differences and come out as solid friends.

Fresh, zesty and versatile, this is the sauce for tacos, pizza, salads and meats - and it absolutely shines in a ceviche marinade when you want an extra kick.
